CHRONIC UPPER BACK AND CHEST PAIN

My name is Mike G. I came to Abundance Acupuncture in May of 2006 because I was suffering from chronic upper back and chest pain. I had this problem for 8 years. This problem was very nagging. My upper back continually ached causing me to be irritable, depressed, and nothing seemed to help. It also made it difficult to sleep, gave me a feeling of hopelessness, and made it hard for me to be active in sports as well as causing other difficulties in my work and daily life.

I tried massage, physical therapy, and chiropractic which gave me temporary relief, but nothing permanent. I began to feel some improvements in my condition after 10 treatments at Abundance Acupuncture. At this point in time my condition feels 80% better. I have days and even weeks with no symptoms. I am able to lift weights and be more active at work as well as at home. I have also had significant improvement in other symptoms like having more energy and feeling less frustration, depression, and fewer muscle twitches.

During the treatments I felt extremely relaxed and stress free. The clinic has a relaxed atmosphere and the staff is professional and friendly. I would recommend acupuncture to anyone seeking to better their health because it has helped me in many ways that several doctors could not.
