Fifty Five Years of Headaches & Neck Pain
I was treated all these years with imitrex, anti-seizure medications, and various pain medications. The imitrex helped but it only treated the symptoms and did not prevent the headaches from coming back. I also tried physical therapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy but I ended up feeling hung over and even more sore after the massage. I began to feel significant improvements in my neck and head after one treatment at Abundance Acupuncture and continued with several treatments per week. At this point in time my condition feels 100% better. I now feel much better. My neck pain is gone and I rarely have any signs of a headache. I sleep all night and wake refreshed, my energy level is great, and I feel good as well as happy. My husband and I get out more often; in fact, we enjoyed golfing all summer. During the treatments I felt very relaxed. I look forward to my treatments as my “wellness time”. The clinic is lovely, clean, and neat and the staff is extremely friendly. I would recommend acupuncture to my dearest family and friends because it eliminated my long time problem with migraines and pain. As for myself, I am going to continue with treatments once a month for maintenance. |

name is Jane V. I came to Abundance Acupuncture in March 2010
because I was suffering from chronic migraine headaches and neck pain that
started 55 years ago when I was a child. When my neck hurt the headaches
would follow and this was starting to happen four or five times a week.
The headaches would sometimes get so severe that I thought my head would
explode. They also interrupted my sleep and made me feel fatigued,
depressed, irritable, hopeless, and embarrassed. It was difficult for me
to go out and socialize with friends and family. Many times my husband and
I had to leave events because I felt a headache coming on or because I
suddenly got a migraine.
