Better After Nine Months of Headaches
My name is Johanna. I came to Abundance Acupuncture in May, 2019 because I had been suffering from constant stabbing headaches at the top of my head for nine moths. It only happened for a few seconds at a time, but it returned constantly throughout the day and the pain left me feeling tired and drained of energy. It was difficult for me to do daily tasks because they were always interrupted. The headaches also made me feel sad because they had continued for months and months and I was having fewer and fewer “good” days. I tried ibuprofen in the beginning but, it didn’t reduce or make any changes the pain at all. I began to feel significant improvements in my condition after two treatments at Abundance Acupuncture. At this point in time my condition feels 90% better. I’m happier now that the pain has decreased so much and I am able to look forward to the day and function like normal without expecting another terrible headache to happen at any moment. I have also had significant improvement in other symptoms. My energy level is better, my digestion has improved, and cupping has helped reduce the tension in my neck. During the treatments I felt relaxed and comfortable. Acupuncture was a quiet and peaceful part of my day. The clinic is welcoming and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend acupuncture to anyone because there are so many possible ways to use it to improve your life. |
